County Council Criticised for Lack of Action on Accident Black Spot Sun 2nd Nov 2008 Lib Dem Surrey Heath Council Group Leader David Whitcroft has reacted angrily to what he says is a lack of action on a road near his ward on which there have been two fatal accidents and further serious incidents in recent months.

Council Agrees Surrey Heath Roads & Verges are Terrible! Wed 23rd Jul 2008 There was unanimous, all party agreement at last week's Full Council meeting at Surrey Heath when the Lib Dem group moved a motion about the state of the Borough's roads and verges. The full motion read:
