The by-elections to decide who will replace the late Bryan Ward on Surrey Heath Borough Council and Windlesham Parish Council have both been called for 13th December.

The Liberal Democrats are now selecting their candidates from an excellent shortlist of local people.

The by-election is likely to be a close contest between the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats. In the elections in May this year, the Liberal Democrats only held the Borough Council seat by 11 votes.

Residents of Bagshot who are registered to vote will be able to cast their vote from 7am to 10pm on Thursday 13th December.

If you would prefer to vote by post, you can apply for a postal vote up until 28th November. Application forms are available to download from the Council's website at: www.surreyheath.gov.uk/council/ElectoralInformation/postalvotes.htm
