Surrey Heath Council has blocked email from some residents - but this is not SPAM

This Council - Regrets the decision of the Leader of the Council, on behalf of the majority Group, to request that emails from certain individuals wishing to make complaints against the Council and individual Members/Officers be 'blocked', thus preventing their messages being received by all Members of the Council

- Believes that individual Members should determine which emails and other communications they will receive and consider without interference from the Leader of the Council or any other individual

- Accepts the maxim that 'I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend your right to say it'.
